After agreeing to get married, visit Maramal again and he will set the date for your wedding for the next day. The marriage dialogue option will now be available – “Interested in me, are you?”. Make sure you’ve discussed marriage with Maramal (dialogue won’t trigger otherwise), wear the Amulet of Mara and go talk to your beloved. If you haven’t visited Riften before you’ll find Maramal in The Bee and Barb, otherwise try the Temple of Mara. Purchase an Amulet of Mara from Maramal in Riften. She will now be a marriage candidate who can be married through the usual process. Complete the delivery quest, Special Delivery, and return to Sylgja. Speak to her and agree to deliver a parcel for her to her family. After clearing the mine, wait a few days and then return to Redbelly Mine where you’ll find Sylgja working. The easiest way to get the Amulet is by speaking to Maramal. There is a possibility of even finding them inside your inventory. You can get the Amulet of Mara by looking around the game for them. After you do so, you need to speak to Maramal in Riften. To start the quest that allows you to marry Sylgja you must have previously completed the quest Mine or Yours, which involves clearing some Frostbite Spiders out of Redbelly Mine in Shor’s Stone. In order to get married in Skyrim, you need to get your hands on the Amulet of Mara. The hardworking miner offers all the usual marriage benefits: Homecooked Meals, opening a shop that pays 100 gold a day to the player and the Lover’s Comfort bonus after sleeping in her presence. Popularly admired for her looks, Sylgja is very easy to convert into a marriage prospect, requiring only a basic delivery quest to raise her disposition towards the player. She can be married after you have done her a favor by delivering a satchel to her father. After you obtain the Amulet of Mara speak to a woman/man you wish to marry. She is a marriageable NPC in Shor's Stone, near Riften. Talk to Marmaral and ask him about getting married, he will then offer to sell you an Amulet of Mara for 200 gold. Travel to Riften and go inside the Bee and Barb. 
The Last way I am going to discuss is the simplest. Keep walking down the beach and eventually you will stumble across a tent, and laying on a bed inside the tent is the Amulet of Mara. The second way is to go to Dawnstar and travel North East onto the beach. After completing the quest Dinya will give you an Amulet of Mara. Talk to her about Mara, and you will recieve the quest The Book of Love. While inside the Temple of Mara speak to the women named Dinya Balu, she will be meandering aimlessly around the Temple.
